A more detailed and in-depth examination would have revealed the cause. The doctor's perfunctory approach resulted in the man ultimately suffering heart attack. The doctor could be legally taken to task for this lapse (Doctor Negligence, 2010) Doctors as well as criminologists need to be open to all options.
